TMJ Intra-Oral Care

More Than Jaw Work

While this treatment is highly effective for TMJ dysfunction, headaches, clenching, and facial pain, the experience itself often feels more like a deeply therapeutic facial than traditional treatment work.

Sessions combine facial massage, buccal release, craniosacral therapy, intraoral techniques, and focused work for the head, neck, and shoulders to help the entire system unwind. While some areas can be intense as long-held tension releases, the overall experience is designed to be grounding, nurturing, and deeply relaxing.

Many clients are surprised by how much stress they've been carrying in their face until they feel it finally let go.

Booking Recommendations

TMJ work creates the most meaningful change when it’s done consistently. While one session can bring relief — especially for jaw tension, headaches, or facial tightness — deeper, longer-lasting results come from a series.

Recommended plan:
Start: 3 sessions, once per week
Then: 3 sessions, every two weeks
Maintain: 1 session per month

TMJ sessions are offered in 60 or 90-minute sessions. The 90-minute option allows for more comprehensive therapeutic work, while 60-minute sessions are a great choice for regular maintenance.
