Craniosacral

Feel your body settle, your nervous system ease, and layers of tension gently release.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive form of manual therapy that works with the body’s subtle rhythms to address restrictions in the craniosacral system and connective tissue. These restrictions can influence physical comfort, emotional balance, and how the nervous system responds to stress.

Using light, precise touch, CST supports the body in releasing held tension and restoring balance from within. The work is quiet and deeply attuned, allowing your system to slow down, recalibrate, and return to a state of greater ease.

How CranioSacral Therapy Works

Guided by your body, I listen for subtle patterns of strain and restriction in the craniosacral system and surrounding connective tissue. Through gentle contact, I facilitate small corrections that help the nervous system settle and the body release what it has been holding.

Pain or dysfunction in one area often reflects tension elsewhere in the body. CranioSacral Therapy helps trace these patterns, supporting integration and balance rather than focusing on symptoms alone. Each session is unique and unfolds at the pace your body is ready for.

Benefits of CranioSacral Therapy

CST can be supportive for a wide range of experiences, including:

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Chronic pain or tension patterns

  • Concussion recovery

  • Nervous system dysregulation

  • Stress-related symptoms

  • Neurodivergence, including ADD or ADHD

  • Emotional holding or overwhelm

It is also beneficial for anyone seeking deep relaxation, nervous system support, or a gentler form of bodywork that works beneath the surface.

A Body-Led, Nervous-System–Centered Approach

CranioSacral Therapy works with the body’s innate intelligence. Rather than directing or forcing change, the session is guided by what your system presents in the moment. Touch simply supports the release, integration, and restoration your body is already capable of.

This approach honors the interconnectedness of structure, fascia, and emotional experience, creating space for shifts that can feel both subtle and profound.

Lineage & Influence

This work is informed by the research and teachings of John Upledger, who developed CranioSacral Therapy after documenting its effects on the brain, spinal cord, and connective tissue networks. His research, including work related to concussion recovery and neurodevelopmental differences, helped bring attention to the powerful impact of gentle, intentional touch on both body and mind.

When combined with approaches such as Somato-Emotional Release, CST can support meaningful changes in both physical patterns and emotional holding.

An Invitation to Settle

Every CranioSacral session is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body’s natural capacity for balance and regulation. My role is not to fix or override, but to support and follow your body’s guidance — creating the conditions for healing to unfold in its own time.
