Massage Therapy
Release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your body through sessions designed to meet you where you are.
Slow, intentional bodywork that meets your nervous system first — and works deeply where it matters.
My massage sessions are grounded in presence, precision, and listening. Rather than rushing through a routine, I work carefully and deliberately, allowing your body time to respond and unwind. This approach creates space for both deep relaxation and meaningful therapeutic change.
Each session blends structural massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, CranioSacral principles, and supportive tools such as gua sha and fire cupping when appropriate. The work is always guided by your body and adapted to your needs in the moment.
A Thoughtful, Root-Focused Approach
Pain rarely exists in isolation. Headaches, chronic tension, and recurring discomfort are often the result of long-standing compensation patterns, postural habits, stress, or unresolved holding in the nervous system.
Rather than chasing symptoms, my work focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of tension. This may include working slowly through layered muscle holding, fascia restrictions, or areas of chronic guarding that the body has relied on for stability or protection.
By honoring these patterns instead of forcing release, the body is able to soften more fully and sustainably.
Techniques Used in Session
Sessions may include a combination of:
Slow, deep massage for muscular tension and structural support
Myofascial release to address connective tissue restrictions
Trigger point therapy for specific, localized pain patterns
Gua sha to improve circulation and tissue mobility
Fire cupping to decompress fascia and support movement
CranioSacral techniques to support nervous system regulation
Not every tool is used every session — the work is tailored to what your body is asking for.
Conditions Commonly Supported
Massage therapy can be supportive for:
Headaches and migraines
Neck, shoulder, and back pain
Jaw and facial tension
Scar Mobility
Chronic muscle tightness
Postural strain
Stress-related holding
Body compensation patterns
Nervous system overwhelm
Many clients also seek this work simply because their bodies feel tired, tight, or overstimulated and need space to reset.
Deeply Relaxing, Yet Highly Specific
While the work can feel deeply calming and grounding, it is also precise and intentional. Clients often describe sessions as both restorative and effective — a place where they can truly let go while knowing the work is addressing something meaningful beneath the surface.
Holding space is an important part of this process. Your body sets the pace, and the session unfolds in a way that feels supportive rather than invasive.
An Invitation to Settle
Massage therapy here is not about pushing through pain or “fixing” your body. It is about listening, supporting, and creating the conditions for your system to reorganize itself with more ease.
This space is open to people of all genders, identities, bodies, and backgrounds. If you’re seeking bodywork that is slow, thoughtful, and deeply connected — work that addresses both tension and the patterns beneath it — you are welcome here.
